Dekorafence Plastic Ind. Trade Co. Ltd. Terms & Conditions
This Distance Sales Agreement has been concluded electronically between Dekorafence Plastik San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Seller") and the customer shopping via www.dekorafence.com/shop ("Site") in accordance with the relevant consumer protection laws and regulations.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website.
3. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer via the Seller's contracted cargo company. Delivery time is maximum 3 (three) business days following payment confirmation.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURN
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product without giving any justification. Custom-made and personalized products are excluded from this right.
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the jurisdiction of the Seller's headquarters shall be authorized for any disputes arising from this agreement.
